4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the product, including:

  • Database, authentication, and storage providers
  • Artificial-intelligence service providers

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain authenticated sessions
  • Remember user preferences
  • Secure accounts and payments
  • Measure site performance
  • Diagnose technical errors
  • Understand how the service is used

Users may control certain cookies through their browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent authentication, checkout, or other service features from working properly.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the service
  • Maintain purchased access
  • Preserve saved blueprints
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Comply with legal and financial obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Prevent fraud
  • Enforce our agreements

We may retain limited transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, and accounting records after an account is deleted when required or permitted by law.

Creator Audit uploads and retention

  • Creator Audit source uploads are stored in private, access-controlled storage.
  • Temporary signed access links may be created so our backend can analyze an upload. These links are not intentionally displayed to customers and are not stored as permanent public links.
  • After a Creator Audit is successfully completed, its source screenshot and video uploads are scheduled for deletion after seven days.
  • Customers may use the available account controls to delete their source uploads earlier.
  • Deleting source uploads does not automatically delete the written Creator Audit or the paid Blueprint.
  • The written audit and Blueprint may remain in the customer's account until the customer uses the available deletion controls, or longer where retention is required or permitted by law.

Customers should upload only content they own or have permission to submit. Customers should not upload passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, medical information, confidential information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no online service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and should promptly contact us if they suspect unauthorized access to their accounts.
